MIATV Sept 13 Poker Ride

Hello from down Island. On behalf of our club, we would like to invite you to our Poker Ride. Here are the details:

Saturday Sept 13th Registration 10 am Leave at 11

Where: leave from the Qualicum Bay Resort just north of the Big Q Fish Hatchery (From the Inland Highway 19, take Exit 75 (Horne Lake / Qualicum Bay) and follow the exit route to highway 19A. Turn left and go 1km (.6 mile) to the resort).

FUN – PRIZES – 50/50 DRAW - POTLUCK DINNER
· Cost is $10.00 PER HAND. PAYOUTS: HIGH HAND 50%, 2ND HIGH HAND 20%, LOW HAND GETS MONEY BACK (max $10.). BALANCE TO CLUB.
· NO LIMIT TO AMOUNT OF HANDS YOU CAN PURCHASE.
· PLAYERS WILL PULL 2 CARDS AT OUTSET & 1 CARD PER STOP THERE-AFTER. FINAL CARD & PRIZES DRAWN @ Q BAY RESORT.
· BRING LUNCH

HI there. Thanks for jumping in Parkie - I'd like to mention there'll be a CAMPOUT AS WELL - We have booked the group campsite (full RV hook-ups) at the resort for Friday & Saturday nights so come on up & join in the fun. There’s small cabins and hotel rooms if you don't want to camp. Cost of camping in the RV sites are $25 p/night. Campers Cabins from $40 - $50.

Of course you can come just for the day too or just camp Saturday! A $5 Parking fee may apply for day use. Rolling Eyes

There'll be a POTLUCK DINNER after the ride Saturday evening. Post here if you'd like to join us.

Yes you can pay when you get there for sure. $10 p/hand also gets you a ticket for the door prize (we're still looking for the door). There's lots of sites for camping or call them for a room if you wanna stay over. See ya there. On a side note: We're also bringing the ATV BC info trailer to the event.

i think i might just be there for the poker ride itself, I'm getting excited lololol

the camp ground is in Bowser right next to the ice cream shack and henry's kichen .

There is a $5 day parking fee (to the campground that we'll collect) by the way Mediquest - how many in your group coming?

Thanks for asking Voyager - this family style event is held for members and guests of members. The ride itself is an easy run of about 4 hours including stops (depending on the group).
